Favorite way to start the morning! Fresh piece of toast bread, green ripe avocado topped with smoked salmon. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I love healthy eating and this is definitely my go-to with scrambled eggs in the morning. So filling, nutritious and healthy. Ready to start the day!
1. Toast bread in toaster or oven. Smash the ripe green avocado with basic salt and pepper. Place arugula on toasted bread than smear avocado on top and place lox on top of that. Sprinkle fresh cut dill leaves and enjoy!
