Avocado, Tomato, and Hearts of Palm Salad

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 1 very small red onion, diced

For the Dressing

Directions

To Make the Salad

1.

Combine hearts of palm, tomatoes, avocados, and red onion in a large salad bowl.

To Make the Dressing

1.

In a small jar, combine dressing ingredients; stir into salad.

2.

Toss well.

3.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Variation:

You can substitute lime juice for lemon juice, and frozen garlic for fresh.
