Ingredients

Filling

  • 6 eggs

  • 3 cups sugar

  • 3 cups confectioners sugar

  • 3 sticks margarine, partially melted

  • 2 cups cocoa

  • 4 teaspoons vanilla sugar

  • 4 tablespoons coffee

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 stick margarine

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour

  • 2-3 vanilla sugar

Dough (Double Recipe)

  • 16 cups flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 6 sticks margarine

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups water

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 4 ounces yeast (4 tablespoons) in 1 cup warm water

Directions

Prepare the Babka

Let the dough rise for two hours. Divide into 12.

2.

Bake for approximately 1/2 hour.
