I love making deli rolls with egg roll wrappers because they’re easy, delicious, and always a hit. Baking them keeps them light and perfectly crisp.
1 package Gefen Egg Roll Wrappers
1/2 cup Gefen Duck Sauce
1/2 cup Gefen Mustard
12 ounces sliced turkey breast
6 ounces sliced pastrami
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Combine duck sauce and mustard in a bowl.
Spoon a teaspoon of the mixture into the center of an egg roll wrapper.
Roll one slice of turkey and a half a slice of pastrami together. Place on the sauce.
Fold the bottom point of the wrapper over the filling. Fold the sides in toward the center. Roll up tightly toward the top point.
Seal the edge with a little water.
Place rolls on the baking sheet and continue with remaining egg roll wrappers.
Spray the egg rolls with oil. Bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove from the oven, flip, and spray with oil again. Bake another 10 minutes or until golden.

yes
apprx how many egg rolls does this make

How and at what point should it be frozen?
I like to freeze egg rolls before baking them in a large ziplock bag. Whenever you want to bake them, you just pop them in the oven, and they’re ready!
