1. Combine lemon juice, oil, pepper, salt, and garlic.
2. Spread mixture evenly over ﬁllets. Cover and marinate for half an hour.
3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until ﬁsh ﬂakes easily.
4. Serve with lemon wedges.
