Flounder fillets lightly dressed with zesty lemon, pepper, and garlic. A mellow classic.

Prepare the Flounder

  1. Combine lemon juice, oil, pepper, salt, and garlic.

  2. Spread mixture evenly over fillets. Cover and marinate for half an hour. 

  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

  4. Serve with lemon wedges.
