Flounder fillets lightly dressed with zesty lemon, pepper, and garlic. A mellow classic.
2–3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
4 flounder or tilapia fillets
lemon wedges (optional)
Combine lemon juice, oil, pepper, salt, and garlic.
Spread mixture evenly over fillets. Cover and marinate for half an hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serve with lemon wedges.
