4 sweet potatoes
kosher salt or Tuscanini Sea Salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 cup Gefen Light Mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
1 cup Gefen Light Mayonnaise
5 cloves garlic, minced (or 5 Gefen Frozen Garlic cubes)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt or sea salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 cubes frozen basil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a large baking sheet or jelly roll sheet pan (13×18-inch) in the oven and heat for 20 minutes.
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into strips. Place in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Make sure potatoes are spread out in a single layer on the sheet.
Bake uncovered for 35 to 50 minutes until desired crisp is achieved. Serve warm.
Mix all Cajun mayonnaise ingredients until combined.
Mix Garlic Basil mayonnaise ingredients until combined. Serve dips alongside fries.
