1 block (12 ounces) extra firm tofu
1 tablespoon Gefen Cornstarch
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wrap tofu block with a kitchen towel and press using a heavy can or plate for 15 minutes.
Place cornstarch, oil, and spices in a large mixing bowl. Cut tofu into one-inch cubes, then add to bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Place on a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown.
