Diets This is an amazing recipe that will yield a very big cake! Feel free to divide it amongst a few baking pans if you don’t need such a large cake. (This cake freezes beautifully as well.) Moist and chocolatey, this may just become your favorite go-to chocolate cake recipe!
4 eggs
3 and 1/4 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Cocoa, sifted
1 cup oil
2 cups non-dairy creamer (or Kedem Apple Juice)
3 and 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups boiling water
Beat eggs and sugar.
Reduce speed, add cocoa, and mix well. Add oil, creamer, and dry ingredients. Add hot water.
Pour into nine- x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
