One marinade, many mains! You can use this marinade with London broil, Delmonico steak, strip steak, chicken fingers, chicken cutlets (thin or thick), pargiot (deboned chicken thighs), and turkey breast.

Ingredients

Balsamic and Herb Marinade or Dressing

  • 1 cube of Gefen Frozen Parsley, Dill, Basil or 1 teaspoon fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dry herbs

  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, or to taste

  • 2 teaspoons pink Himalayan or sea salt

Directions

Prepare the Balsamic and Herb Marinade or Dressing

1.

Combine all ingredients besides the oil in a food processor fitted with an S blade.

2.

Process on low and slowly incorporate the oil to create a thicker outcome.

can i use this marinade on 1st cut brisket? can you post instructions for using with meat?
