Diets I’ve published it before, and I’m doing it again. London broil, lamb chops, chicken cutlets, grilled vegetables, and fresh salad — you name it, this dressing works for it! Take your barbecue to the next level with this flavorful marinade and have fun incorporating it into your family’s menu all year round.
1/3 cup Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1/4 cup water
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh or dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon rosemary and/or thyme
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, or to taste
1 teaspoon pink or sea salt
Combine all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator up to one month.
