Ingredients

Balsamic Mushroom Skewers

  • pepper, to taste

  • 2 pounds baby portabella mushrooms, halved

  • chopped, cleaned parsley, for garnish

Directions

1.

Combine the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add mushrooms and marinate for 30 minutes.

2.

Place mushrooms on skewers and grill on medium high for two to three minutes on each side. Garnish with parsley.
