Only four ingredients to a healthy mid-day pick-me-up.
2 small bananas, sliced
1/4 cup Gefen Almond Butter
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1 spritz Gefen Coconut Oil Spray
sea salt (optional)
Line a small baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper. Evenly layer all banana slices so they’re touching.
Spoon almond butter over banana slices and freeze for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, spritz coconut oil over chocolate chips and melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment.
Spread melted chocolate over the banana and almond butter sheet, sprinkle with salt, and freeze until ready to enjoy (or at least 20 minutes). Cut into pieces, and you’re welcome!
