Healthy, vegan, sugar free, flourless cookies.
Grind bananas and apples.
Let it sit for 20 minutes and then place by spoonfuls on a lined baking sheet .
Preheat oven to 220 Celsius.
Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes.
For plain banana cookies, you can leave out the cocoa and add 1 tsp of cinnamon. You can also bake this batter as bars. Spread out onto a baking sheet, mark squares in it, and then place in oven. When it cools, separate into pieces.
