Have bananas that are going bad? Don’t throw them out! Instead make these delicious, easy to make, and healthy muffins!
chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of your choice ( please keep in mind that this is already less than the original recipe called for!)
1 cup rice flour (or 1 1/2 cups regular flour instead of the rice flour and oats)
3 big bananas, or four small ones (mashed)
1 egg
1/2 cup quick oats ( smaller pieces than regular)
1/3 cup oil
dash of salt
1/2 to 1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
