Prepare the Wings
Combine honey, sauce, and vinegar in a small bowl.
Place wings onto a broiler pan or a lined baking sheet and broil on high for 10 minutes. Turn wings over and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
Brush wings liberally with the marinade. Broil on each side for five additional minutes.

can I use a different vinegar
Sure, you can use apple cider or regular vinegar but I would use less since it's a stronger flavor than rice vinegar.
