6 ounces (170 grams) Tuscanini Tomato Paste
1/4 cup white wine (not cooking wine), such as Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Manischewitz Honey
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
In a small pot, place all ingredients. Cook for five minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all the ingredients are combined
Lower heat and cook for an additional five minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
