This sauce gets rave reviews! Don’t limit it to chicken; try it over a roast, too!
4 chicken quarters
1/4 cup oil
8 ounces Tuscanini Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons wine vinegar, such as Tonnelli Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chicken.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for one-and-a-half to two hours, basting occasionally.
