Fresh basil, plenty of garlic, bright lemon, and creamy mayo come together for a spread that’s ridiculously flavorful with almost no effort. Slather it on warm, crusty sourdough, use it as a sandwich spread, or keep a bowl in the fridge for whenever snack cravings hit.

2 cups fresh basil, washed
4 to 6 cloves garlic or 4-6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil, and more as needed
Grind the basil, garlic, lemon, and olive oil in a food processor for five minutes. Put aside.
In a bowl, add the mayonnaise and a tablespoon of the basil-garlic mixture. Combine until smoothly incorporated.
