8 salmon fillets
oil for frying
1 cup all purpose flour, such as Glicks
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
Mexican bread crumb mix
Slice each fillet into three squares.
In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch oil.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, brown sugar, and baking powder and coat salmon cubes.
Dip into bread crumbs and fry for four minutes on each side or until golden.

I would do a creamy dressing similar to this https://www.kosher.com/recipe/broccoli-with-creamy-garlic-dressing-5038/ (you can also add a tsp of mustard)
