2 cups leftover rice
squirt of Tuscanini Lime Juice
2 cups leftover cholent beans and meat
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Pereg Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Glicks Hot Sauce or other hot sauce of choice
tortilla wrap
Mix the rice with the lime juice and reheat in the microwave.
Place the cholent into an oiled frying pan, add the chili, paprika, cumin, and hot sauce. Cook for five minutes. Partially mash the mixture with a potato masher.
Place the mixture and some rice into a burrito and roll it up. Top with guacamole or pico de gallo if you’re feeling festive.
