This is a great way to make boring leftovers into something exciting. Get creative and put together a combination of whatever you have!
tortillas (you can also use pita)
any leftover chicken (grilled chicken or schnitzel work well, but any kind except soup chicken will work)
leftover dip (or see below for spicy mayo recipe)
toppings (suggestions: coleslaw, pickles, lettuce, avocado, tomato, etc.)
Toast the tortilla on an open flame or bake (tortilla or pita) in the oven to warm.
Warm up the chicken in a pan, microwave, or oven.
Choose a dip to spread on the tortilla or in the pita. To make spicy mayonnaise, mix mayonnaise with sriracha. Sriracha is very spicy, so only add as much or as little as you’d like based on how spicy you’d want it.
Spread the dip onto the tortilla.
Assemble your wrap in the middle third of the tortilla. Then fold up the bottom, and then fold both sides in. Wrap the bottom in foil to keep it together.
