1. Fill a large pot with water and add pre-boiled lentils. Bring to a boil.
2. Cut raw beef stew into 1.5″ pieces and add.
3. Add celery knob and carrot, keeping the pot at a gentle boil.
4. Sautee onions lightly and add.
5. Add cumin, garlic and onion spices.
6. Simmer for an hour or longer. The long simmer time will make a softer meat.
7. note: for deeper flavor try increasing the cumin and/or garlic.
8. This freezes very well!
