Beef-Fry Salad with Maple Cider Vinaigrette


Think of the beef fry as a protein-based crouton, crisp and salty!


1. Using a mandolin or peeler, shave the radishes.
2. In a large bowl, combine radishes and arugula. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
3. Toss salad with maple cider dressing and top with beef fry strips.
