Whether you enjoy this for a fun weeknight supper or put out to graze on over Purim, these beef nachos will be a hit! The cilantro drizzle really takes it up a notch, so don’t skip it!
For more great cooking, watch Supper, Again?!
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon taco seasoning (or a mix of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper)
4 cups nacho chips, such as Heaven & Earth Tortilla Chips
1/2 cup canned Gefen Corn, strained
1/2 cup canned black beans, strained and rinsed
1 small red onion, diced
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
4 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Cilantro, defrosted
2 cubes Dorot Garden Frozen Garlic, defrosted
1 tablespoon lime juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/4 cup water, to thin
Start by mixing the cilantro drizzle together. Place into a squeeze bottle or piping bag to easily drizzle over the nachos.
In a pan, on medium heat, cook the ground beef till mostly cooked through. Break up the meat into smaller pieces. Remove some grease if you’d like from the pan (see video for an easy hack). Add in the spices and cook on high heat to brown the meat.
Remove from heat once fully cooked through and assemble the nachos:
Start with a base of nachos. Top with corn, black beans, red onion, avocado, and dollops of salsa all around. Drizzle the cilantro sauce over the top.

Hi! Can I use frozen dill instead of frozen cilantro?
Yes, sure.
