This is the recipe I came up with when I saw broccoli slaw by Bodek and wanted to use it in a fresh and new way.

1 can chick peas
1 handful of craisins
1 small handful of eaither pepitas or slivered almonds
1 Splenda (or equivalent of 2T sugar)
