Diets The tangy taste of the berries combined with the filling and thickening spinach will fill you up and give you a burst of energy.
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup fresh spinach or Beleaves Frozen Spinach
1 banana, sliced
2 tablespoons nut butter (I use Gefen Almond)
1 cup milk
Whenever you have the time, place all ingredients except milk in a bag and freeze.
When ready to enjoy, remove ingredients from bag and place in a blender. Add milk and blend.
