This creamy smoothie has a thicker texture thanks to the yogurt, making it a little like ice cream. The tart yogurt contrasted with the sweet summer berries tastes refreshing and delicious. You’re also getting enough protein to comfortably hold you over until the next meal, as well as a load of antioxidants and vitamins.
1 and 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries and blueberries)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon flax meal or ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
2-3 pineapple slices
4-5 peach slices
2-3 strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Using a blender or immersion blender, blend the smoothie ingredients on high until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with slices of pineapple, peach, and strawberry. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
