Directions

2. Then make the sauce. Add butter and flour, and let that cook for three to four minutes on a medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Then, make your sides of Pico de Gallo and Guacamole, and then we are ready to start assembling.
4. Pour the creamy cheese sauce over all the Doritos. Make sure every one gets a gooey bite.
5. After, drop the toppings in random places I like to add lime wedges around the corners and top with cilantro, pickled onions, and pickled jalapeños.
