Creamy cheesy nachos with all the topping anyone could ask for.
Doritos (we used all kinds of flavours for a fun twist)
toppings
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 and 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup milk
1 cube frozen garlic
pinch of pepper
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon spicy paprika
4 tomatoes, diced
1/4 of a red onion, diced
some cilantro
tons of lemon
a dash of red wine vinegar
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1 large avocado
1/4 of red onion, diced
some cilantro
tons of lime
salt
pepper
picked jalapeños
pickled onions
some cilantro
Lay your chips on a sheet pan.
Then make the sauce. Add butter and flour, and let that cook for three to four minutes on a medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Then, make your sides of Pico de Gallo and Guacamole, and then we are ready to start assembling.
Pour the creamy cheese sauce over all the Doritos. Make sure every one gets a gooey bite.
After, drop the toppings in random places I like to add lime wedges around the corners and top with cilantro, pickled onions, and pickled jalapeños.
This is a crowd-pleaser!
