I was always looking for a good and tasty tomato sauce so I came up with this recipe and it’s a hit! My family went crazy over it, you just have to try it.
1 cup tomato paste (you can put less or more if you want)
onion powder to taste
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 large onion diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 whole tomato, diced
salt to taste
3 frozen garlic cubes
pepper to taste
scallions
oregano to taste
Sautee onion in olive oil until translucent then add scallions, diced tomatoes and garlic cubes.
Sautee for three minutes.
Then add the tomato paste and honey, mix well and quickly add water.
Stir it very well.
Add soy sauce, honey and all the spices.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
And of course enjoy!
