1. Shred radicchio, and slice tomatoes into rounds.
2. Place radicchio and tomatoes into overlapping layers. Tuck in peaches and figs.
3. Garnish with scallions, almonds, and dill.
4. Combine dressing by either pouring over your drizzle of pomegranate molasses and a sprinkle of salt. If desired, mix molasses, salt, dijon, and stevia in a bowl and then dress.
