Be adventurous and add a bit of Middle-Eastern flavor to your table. This dip is so simple to make and will add a delicious new twist to any meal. Serve with hummus and toasted pita chips.
1 (19-ounce) can Gefen Pitted Black Olives, drained
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Rinse olives well.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
