Diets The perfect chocolate balls for Elite Blondy Chocolate (Caramel White Chocolate) lovers. Easy to make and perfect for company.
Yields 20-25 balls
3 and 1/2 ounces (100 grams) Elite Blondy Chocolate
1 and 3/4 tablespoons margarine
1/3 cup milk
pinch of salt
7 ounces (200 grams) Kedem Tea Biscuits
7 ounces (200 grams) Elite Blondy Chocolate
7 ounces (200 grams) roasted almonds, chopped
Break chocolate and put into a bowl.
Add butter, milk, and salt and melt in a microwave or double boiler until completely melted and smooth.
Put biscuits into a bag and crumble by pounding with something heavy. They can also be broken in a food processor using short pulses.
Add crumbled biscuits to chocolate mixture and mix well. Refrigerate dough for about an hour, until firm.
Shape dough into balls and return to refrigerator while preparing coating.
Break chocolate into squares and put into a bowl. Melt in microwave or double boiler until completely melted.
Dip chocolate balls into melted chocolate and immediately roll in chopped almonds.
Refrigerate about one hour, until firm, before serving.
