Diets 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup oil
2 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
3 cups flour
2 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pint blueberries
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add juice, oil, and vanilla sugar. Slowly add dry ingredients.
Spray bundt pan with baking spray for easy removal.
Pour half of mixture into pan. Sprinkle blueberries over batter.
Pour remaining batter over blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Can frozen blueberries be used?
Yes, just cover them in a little flour before so they don’t make the entire batter blue.
sub choc chips for blueberries? do you think I can use chocolate chips instead of the blueberries?
