Sweet-lovers will adore this salad with fresh blueberries and mango and a creamy dairy dressing.
1 bag romaine lettuce
1 mango, sliced and cubed
1 pint blueberries
20 glazed pecans, chopped
2 (5.3-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Strawberry Fruit Spread
2 tablespoons Kedem Red Wine Vinegar
2-3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
Place the lettuce, mango, blueberries, and nuts in a salad bowl.
Combine the yogurt with the strawberry jam, red wine vinegar, and sugar, and mix well. Pour some dressing over the salad and toss well.
