  • 3 packs dark meat

  • 1 cup Rice

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup garlic powder

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 4 onions

Mix meat and rice. Add spices. Cut onions and put on bottom of pot. With wet hands form balls. Fill pot with 3/4 bottle ketchup and cover with hot water half pot. Boil. Once boil mix and lower to medium. Cook one hour.
