1 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar, for topping
Mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg, then scoop out into balls. Dip your scooper in water before forming balls for easy scooping.
Wet a fork and make criss-cross shapes on top of the cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes (they harden while cooling).
Plate and dust with confectioners’ sugar.
