A creamy, frothy, and refreshing summer drink with the perfect balance of sweet and tart. This Brazilian favorite comes together in minutes and feels like a tropical treat in every sip.
4–5 unpeeled limes, washed and quartered (increase/ decrease the amount of limes according to your preferred level of tartness)
4 cups cold water
1 (14 ounce) can Yummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 cups ice
extra ice, for serving
lime slices or zest, for garnish
Place the quartered limes and water in a blender. Blend for five seconds (you can blend up to 10 seconds for more tartness — DO NOT over-blend or it may become bitter).
Strain the mixture into a container and discard the solids. Rinse the blender.
Pour the strained lime water from the container back into the blender.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and ice.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into cups over extra ice and garnish with lime slices or zest. Sip and enjoy!
