The credit for this recipe goes to Pereg for creating the tastiest crumbs with which a recipe is barely required to make a delicious dinner everyone will love. (This is not sponsored by Pereg…I just love their crumbs.)
1 cup Gefen Duck Sauce
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic or cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 cups Pereg Sweet Chili Bread Crumbs
6 dark chicken cutlets
olive oil, for drizzling
sweet chili sauce, for dipping
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and spray very well with cooking spray.
In a shallow pan, mix together duck sauce, garlic, and pepper. Pour the crumbs into another shallow pan. Dip a piece of chicken into the sauce and then press into crumbs. Lay on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Drizzle the top of the chicken with olive oil.
Bake for 45 minutes to one hour or until chicken is soft and crispy.
