6 plum tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Lawry’s garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Pereg “American” breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 420 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the tomatoes in half, and place on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the spices on top of the tomatoes and top each tomato with one to two tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Drizzle the tomatoes with a generous amount of olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.
Top with more oregano if desired.
