A delicious accompaniment to any soup or stew, and the perfect vehicle for getting those last bits from the bottom of the bowl! If serving with dairy, you can also sprinkle these with cheese for an amazing pizza dipper.

  • 1 pound (450 grams) pizza dough, defrosted and left at room temperature for at least 2 hours

  • 1 tablespoon mushroom powder or mushroom soup mix

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Tuscanini Tomato Paste

Directions

Prepare the Breadstick Dippers

1.

Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). Line two baking sheets with Gefen Easy Baking Parchment Paper.

2.

Divide the pizza dough evenly into 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a six-inch (15-centimeter) log. Transfer the logs to your prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly.

3.

Mix the remaining ingredients and spread lightly and evenly along the dippers.

4.

Bake for 10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
