1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet.
2. Place broccoli and cauliflower florets in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce and toss. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss again.
3. Spread florets on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
For a dairy dinner, add shredded cheese! Just before you slide it into the oven, spread shredded cheese over the florets for a tasty dairy side.
