12 ounces Beleaf Frozen Broccoli Florets
12 ounces Beleaf Frozen Cauliflower Florets
2 teaspoons Gefen Olive Oil
3 teaspoons Haddar Soy Sauce or other light soy sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet.
Place broccoli and cauliflower florets in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce and toss. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss again.
Spread florets on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
