Do you defrost the broccoli? Can the Braun process the frozen broccoli?
Frozen broccoli should be fine in the food processor (as long as the florets aren’t too big). If you’re concerned about the frozen broccoli in the food processor, you can defrost it first or chop the florets into smaller pieces.
I make this recipe often! It’s so simple it seems too good to be true, but it tastes great! (Now if only I could get my kids to eat it…)
I use 2 bags of riced broccoli and sometimes I add a little paprika for color. I also tried making it in muffin cups once, and it was great that way too.
is this made for a 9 ×13 pan?
Delicious ! the whole family enjoys it and it’s guilt free kugel
Terrible – worst recipe on this whole website. Way too much oil …. Not worth the time and energy
Delicious
Used riced broccoli so did not need processor. Very easy and delicious.
CBK
The kugel is delicious and so easy to put together!! Highly recommend it as a second type of kugel to add to your shabbos or yomtov menu!
I needed something simple and kid friendly and this tried this recipe. Kids loved them. (Of course adults too)
