  • 1 package absolutely gluten free choco chip cookie dough, defrosted

  • 1 package absolutely gluten free double chocolate cookie dough, defrosted

  • 12 sandwich cookies (gluten free optional)

Directions

1.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Flatten a ball of chocolate chip cookie dough and wrap halfway around a sandwich cookie.

3.

Wrap the other half of the sandwich cookie with flattened double chocolate cookie dough.

4.

Smush the cookie dough together to completely encase the sandwich cookie and place on a parchment lined sheet pan. Repeat with remaining cookies and dough.

5.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
