1 package absolutely gluten free choco chip cookie dough, defrosted
1 package absolutely gluten free double chocolate cookie dough, defrosted
12 sandwich cookies (gluten free optional)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Flatten a ball of chocolate chip cookie dough and wrap halfway around a sandwich cookie.
Wrap the other half of the sandwich cookie with flattened double chocolate cookie dough.
Smush the cookie dough together to completely encase the sandwich cookie and place on a parchment lined sheet pan. Repeat with remaining cookies and dough.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
