1 and 1/2 cups whole milk
1 shot espresso or 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 bags Wissotzky Masala Chai Tea
steamed and frothed milk, for serving
cinnamon, for garnish
Warm the whole milk in a small saucepan. Add in espresso or coffee granules, brown sugar, and tea bags. Allow to steep five minutes. Remove the tea bags and rewarm milk if desired.
Pour latte into a mug. Top with frothed milk and cinnamon.
