Diets This plate is a lot easier to create than it looks, especially if you use bakery brownies, like I did!
thick strawberry sauce
1- by 6-inch strip of brownie (approximately)
custard cream (see note)
gooseberries
pomegranate seeds
mint
leaves, for garnishing
Using a pastry brush, paint a line of sauce across the plate.
Place your brownie strip on the plate perpendicular to the strawberry sauce line.
Using a star tip, pipe custard cream on the brownie in a back-and-forth motion to create a wave look.
Garnish with gooseberries, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves.

Can the whip be done in advance?
I want to do this for a shabbos dessert. Can i make the whip friday mid day and use the whip later or next day?
Yes- that should work.
