This plate is a lot easier to create than it looks, especially if you use bakery brownies, like I did!
Using a pastry brush, paint a line of sauce across the plate.
Place your brownie strip on the plate perpendicular to the strawberry sauce line.
Using a star tip, pipe custard cream on the brownie in a back-and-forth motion to create a wave look.
Garnish with gooseberries, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves.
Notes:
For the custard cream, beat a 16-ounce (450-gram) pareve whipping cream and add 16 ounces of custard. Mix until incorporated.

Can the whip be done in advance?
I want to do this for a shabbos dessert. Can i make the whip friday mid day and use the whip later or next day?
Yes- that should work.
