Preheat oven to 350 and use pot on stove.
Add oil, sugar, water, and cook until it boils.
Close flame and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix with wooden spoon.
Mix in eggs and add flour, salt, soda.
Put in 9×13 pan and bake 40 min.
