Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

Cauliflower

Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/2 cup melted vegan butter, like Earth Balance

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 cup Glicks Hot Sauce

Directions

1.

Cut cauliflower into small florets.

2.

Whisk together the cornstarch, water, and spices.

3.

Add the cauliflower and stir to coat all the florets in the mixture.

4.

Place cauliflower in an air fryer basket in a single layer or rack fitted on top of baking sheet in oven set to air fry mode.

5.

Cook at 400 Fahrenheit for five minutes, shake the basket or tray, and cook for another five minutes.

6.

Meanwhile, combine all ingredients for the buffalo sauce.

7.

Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and return the cauliflower to the air fryer/oven and cook for an additional five to 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is crispy!

8.

Serve immediately with homemade or store bought ranch dipping sauce.
