Cream butter and sugar, adding eggs and sour cream.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into bundt pan or into two 4×10 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
Notes:
Spray pan with cooking and baking spray before pouring the mixture for easy removal after baking.
