Butter Loaf

Ingredients

Butter Loaf

  • 1/2 pound butter, unwhipped

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 pound sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar

Directions

Prepare the Butter Loaf

1.

Cream butter and sugar, adding eggs and sour cream.

2.

Add remaining ingredients.

3.

Pour into bundt pan or into two 4×10 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.

Notes:

Spray pan with cooking and baking spray before pouring the mixture for easy removal after baking.

Do you think I can replace the sour cream with vanilla yogurt?

Yes
