Diets Lightly seasoned, oven-roasted butternut squash spears.
1 package precut butternut squash sticks OR 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cut into sticks
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a metal sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place squash fries on the pan, a quarter inch apart. Spray with avocado oil, and season.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until crisp and golden.
