1 onion
2 medium butternut squash
2 cups Manischewitz Chicken Broth
4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon Pereg Pepper
1 tablespoon salt
Sauté onion and squash for 20 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and cook for one hour.
Blend and serve.

What can I use instead of the broth? Water?
You can use water, if you have some vegetable consumme, it would help add some additional flavor since you’re taking away the chicken broth.
Delicious & easy! I used frozen butternut squash with fabulous results! Super fast to make & delicious!
